Enjoy some of these healthy collagen foods to keep your skin, hair, nails, joints, and muscles smooth, elastic, hydrated, and youthful.  Focus on garden fresh and/or frozen organic varieties to get the most nutritional benefits…

  • 3-4 ozs of Turkey or Salmon (organic and wild frozen)
  • 1-2 cups of Dark leafy vegetables (organic frozen spinach, cabbage, asparagus, collard greens, kale)
  • 1/4 cup of Beans, Almonds, Flaxseeds
  • 1/2-1 cup of Red Peppers, Beets, Tomatoes
  • 1/2-1 cup of Citrus (oranges, lemons, limes, etc)
  • 1/2-1 cup of Carrots, Pumpkin, Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/2-1 cup Blueberries, Apples
  • Soybeans and Soy products are great for menopausal women who need more estrogen.  Pre menopausal women may want to enjoy soy products in lower doses to avoid hormonal imbalances though. 🙂
